About Delivery & SELF PICK-UP

Please place your order at least 3-5 days ahead, since our products take time to prepare, any last-minute orders are subject to cancellation.

We deliver all fresh & dry flowers within 30 miles of range from San bruno. A special rate of $4.99 will be offered for our neighbors From daly city to Palo Aloto. Our delivery window is between 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm.  Rest Area is $14.99

Due to COVID-19, we only offer contactless delivery to follow all safety and health guidelines. For deliveries to any INDOOR ADDRESS such as Gated apartments, we would drop off the flowers at the front desk, or, have someone pick-up the flowers at the nearest outdoor location. (We would not leave the flowers at an unattended location.)

  

About RETURNS & ORDER MODIFICATION.

 

Due to the nature of fresh flowers, we DO NOT accept any fresh flower returns. Minor tear and wear may happen during the life of the flowers, transport, and any kind of external interference (even wind, dust, and water drops). We will always include extra stems in your order.

When a change or cancelation is needed, please contact us ASAP. We will try our best to fulfill your request. We could not accept any change or refund once we started your order.

Our final product may look slightly different compared to the sample photos. We try our best to keep consistently. However, no single flower is identical, a slight disparity in color, shape, and size may occur. We are very passionate about what we do, and highly respect everything that our mother nature brings us.
